We request our customers to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will arrange a pick up for the package at the address provided by you. This facility is only available on domestic orders and not on international orders.

For a full refund, kindly return the product in their original packaging in an undamaged, unworn, and unused condition along with the purchase invoice and original tags attached so that the refund or exchange process is done with no hassles and to ensure the required protection when in transit.
Exchange or refund will be initiated once the item has been received by our team.
14 Days Return Policy
The returned item must reach our office no later than 14 days after the receipt of the product. Beyond this timeline, we cannot guarantee if your item is eligible for a refund or exchange.
To ensure the item reaches our office on or before 14 days, kindly book the return pick up within 7 days of receiving the order. For further inquiries, kindly contact our customer care service.
Once we received the item and are verified for all required conditions as per the company’s return policy, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For the exchange of products, you must first cancel the existing order and after the refund is successful, you can place a new order online.
Sometimes the items come with a security tag, which must be left on upon returning. In case, this security tag is removed then, the items will not comply with the company’s return policy and refund will not be possible.
Exchange policy is not available on international orders.
All returns will be fully refunded once we receive the items intact and on time. However, the shipping charges will be excluded if applicable.
Certain items like earrings, customized jewellery, or made to order jewelry do not fall under our return or exchange policy for hygiene purposes and nature of the product.
If the returned item does not meet our satisfactory standard, our company has the authorization or permission by law to reduce the return amount as per the reduction of the value of the item.
Refund is not available on international orders.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
In case the order you received happens to be damaged or defective, kindly contact our customer care as soon as possible. We will repair or replace the jewellery. This facility is not available on international order, as reshipping the jewellery back to our country is not possible.
