SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Before receiving the product from us we would like to request all customers to examine the package before receiving the product.
At the time of delivery, if recipient is not available at home in such case Courier Company will try to deliver the orders maximum 3 times. The cost of handling and re-shipment after 3 times of non-delivery to the member will be chargeable from next shipping.
At the time of purchasing you would have to provide us complete details of the Recipient like Name, Address, contact number etc. whoever collects the shipment. And the member would have to state the complete name of the recipient to collect the jewellery and have to provide any 2 (two) below mentioning identity proofs.
Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
PAN card.
Driving License.
Voters ID.
Make sure that if you provide us wrong shipping address, then we are not responsible for this. Therefore, confirm your shipping address with our customer team during working hours.
Once you have ordered for shipping and want to change your previous address with a new shipping address, you can change new shipping address only till the order is not shipped. For this procedure you have to login, then you can go through on clicking “My Account”, where you can edit your previous shipping address.
HANDLING TIME
AVD JEWELS takes 2 working days for available in stock items and 10 business days for make to order items. However, most of the products are usually available in stock.
SHIPPING TIME
AVD JEWELS will take 3 to 15 working days to ship the products within the country.
International shipment will take 15 to 30 working days after order completion through payment options which we accept. For any international order completion procedure includes payment, address verification, phone number verification, contact information verification etc. After that we will contact you and we will also mail you after delivering the product from the company to you.

We do not offer Returns & Exchange on International shipments
Your country may require you to pay customs duty/import fees after your shipment arrives in your country. We suggest you refer to your local government website about the same.
For international orders, payment in foreign currency is a MUST.
We prefer payments direct payment to our bank for international orders. You can also make payment via PayU and PayPal.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that the order of goods from the site for delivery from outside a country of residence may be subject to import duties and taxes. For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control.
You also have to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the goods or services are destined to. Sometimes delivery of products overseas may not be available due to local law and we will not bear any responsibility for any failure to deliver if such condition arises. We will not be accountable for any breach by you of any laws.
Chargeback on card payment will not be allowed on international orders. As reshipping the jewellery back to our country is not possible.
